FAQs

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.  We make every effort to provide the best quality through attention to design, craftsmanship, and materials, and each order is carefully inspected prior to shipment.  However, we are only human and realize that mistakes do happen!  If a mistake was made on our part, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no cost to you!  If you have any questions regarding an issue with your order, please contact us at Sales@LLMonograms.com.  All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.  Items must be unworn, with original tags still attached.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery of your item is based on 2 factors: production (turnaround) time, and shipping time.  We try to make and ship all orders in an efficient and timely manner.  Our current order production time ranges from 2-7 business days.  Most orders are typically finished production between 3-6 business days.  However, during busy seasons and holidays, turnaround time can be longer due to an increased sales volume.

The shipping time is not included in production time.  Please review the shipping method you chose at checkout to better calculate the entire turnaround time. 

Do you offer Rush Orders?

Yes, we offer a rush service for a fee of $10 per item.  This will speed up the PRODUCTION of your order to 3 days or less, prior to shipping.  You also have the option to adjust your shipping method to expedite shipping time for an additional charge.

If you need a rush order, please contact us and let us know what item(s) you need, when you need them by, and your shipping address.  Our current order volume determines the number of rush orders that can be added each day.  We will let you know as soon as possible if we can accommodate your timeline.

Can I make a change to my order?

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed.  If you made a mistake and need to change something in your order, please email us immediately.  All change requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase, otherwise it may be too late to make any changes. 

Can I cancel my order?

In order to maintain the most efficient turnaround, processing and production begins immediately upon receipt of an order, therefore cancellations are generally not accepted.  You may still request a cancellation, and cancellation requests must be made within 8 hours of purchase.  In order to send a cancellation request, please contact us immediately and include your order number in the request.  This does not guarantee the order will be cancelled.  If it is still possible to cancel, we will go ahead and fully refund the amount paid.  However, if we are unable to cancel your order because it has already begun processing, we will inform you that your request was unable to be fulfilled.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes!   Everyone has a different definition of a bulk order, so please contact us with the item name, quantity you are looking for, and any other information that would be needed so we can get you a quote!

Can I have an item shipped directly to a gift recipient?

Yes!  Just enter the recipient's address in the "Shipping Address" section during checkout.  We will not include an invoice or receipt in the package.  You may also request a complimentary gift message to be added to the order.  Please leave the message you want to be added in the special instructions section during checkout.  Please limit the message to 50 words.

What is the correct format for a Monogram?

These are just guidelines for the traditional monogram rules.  They do not apply to certain fonts (ie. Stacked, Single Initial).  If you would like a different format for your monogram, just make a note of your request in the Special Instructions Box, or send us an email!

I have a question not listed here.  How can I contact you?
